How we do it

We run various youth engagement programmes which bring about positive activities for local people aged 13-25, helping to raise their aspiration levels and to give them alternatives to engaging in anti social activities.

Through the activities we run, the young people are supported in taking on leadership roles and opportunities which enables them to run projects for their peers, furthering their knowledge, confidence and skill set.

Through our Centre for Creative Expression we run weekly sessions at various centres in poplar, Tower Hamlets, that offer young people AQA accreditations and Trinity Guildhall Art Awards.

These include; film making and production, Grassroots orchestra, fashion arts/ textiles for young women, dance leaders, guitar workshops, live band practice, ICT development/ admin skills and music production. Click here for a full list of upcoming events that you can get involved with.

We are only able to achieve all of these things through the dedication and hard work of our staff and volunteers, the support from a number of community donors and partner organisations, and of course, the support from the local community. Find out how you can get involved
