I have been part of LiC since the early days, and am the co founder of Leaders in Community Consultancy. My expertise is in Business and have worked to create a viable model for Leaders in Community so that it can be sustainble in the future.

Leaders in Community is not just a youth organisation, we’re led by young people which is our unique selling point. LiC has not only given me the platform to devleop my skills but also be a voice for my peers in the local community- for me its about inspiring others to be active citizens in their community.

I now work full time for a housing organisation, thanks to the skills I have gained during my time as a volunteer with LiC. I still have a vital role in the organisations future, setting our vision and goals and making sure we never lose our ethos that is youth led.
