I am on the Management Committe and also one of three Directors for organisation. I have also volunteered on a number of other projects. I got involved with LiC in the summer of 2007. The first event hosted by LiC, I didn’t really know what I was getting myself in to. Having spent the day meeting and greeting people from the local community and also chatting to service providers, I was keen to continue doing this. I have been involved with projects since.

I got involved in this as I thought it would complement my degree in sociology which it has. I also enjoy working with different groups of people. Everyday and every project is different.
