Young people

Through our projects, we try to engage young people aged 13 – 25 in the Tower Hamlets area, regardless of their gender, sexuality, race, physical ability and social background.

In 2010 we engaged approximately 100 young people aged between 16 and 25:

 

35% were in employment

65% were not in education, employment training (NEET)

It is crucial that groups and organisations work together to benefit the community and we have built strong and successful partnerships with key organisations such as:

Isle of Dogs Community Foundation (IDCF)
Greater London Enterprise
European Social Fund

We are also part of the National federation of Community Organisations: Community Matters and East London Busniess Alliance
